Today I am writing my 2nd achievement. My topic of writing today is Steemit Key.
Here I will discuss today! What I understand about Steemit and its security. I want to share my little knowledge with you.

Do I know what the Steemit key is and what it does?

Yes, I know little about the Steemit key, and it's working. Security is the first thing that comes to mind when protecting something. To protect our Steemit account, we need a password. And this password is the Steemit key. That is very useful for saving a Steemit account.

Types of Steemit Keys:

Here are five keys.
1. Active key.
2. Memo key.
3. Master key.
4. Posting key.
5. Owner key.

What does Steemit Key do?

Active key:

This key has additional permissions for more sensitive financial-related operations, such as transferring and exchanging tokens. It performs wallet-related functions. Anyone can take your tokens if they have access to this key. This key must be stored securely to avoid losing tokens in the future. Never share this key with anyone.

Memo Key:

Memo Key is a bit of an outlier. Memo Key encrypts and decrypts private messages sent via the blockchain. It is used occasionally. If you have received a private message that you want to decrypt, you can use the key with your authority, which will be the memo key.

Master Key:

We were given a master key when we signed up. It is essential to keep it safe as it contains all other keys connected to our Steemit account. This key is assumed to be used to generate all other keys. This key is considered to be the most important.

The posting key:

The posting key is used to log into Steemit's account. In addition to logging in, post keys are used to comment on posts, edit, upvote, downvote, and retrieve other accounts. So this key is very important to us. We should keep this key very carefully.

Owner key:

The function of the owner key is to give full access to the Steemit account and its resources. The most essential key for a Steemit account is the owner key. This key is used to protect an account from hacking. Anyone with private owner key access can make account changes, including transferring money and changing account settings.

How steem transfer is done?

Fast go to my wallet then click Steem Dollar, open the menu, and then click Transfer.

Then I will enter the account when I want to transfer to enter the amount of Steem Dollars and click next.

How power up is done?

Fast open my Steem wallet and go Steem, then click here, open the menu, and click power up.

I enter the amount I want to power up, then click Power Up.

Conclusion:

I am very happy to share with you what little knowledge I have about Steemit account security.
