Activity Report #317


A few kilometres of walking are pure relaxation for me. I miss my cycling though, but I was not able to plan for it today.

Tomorrow I will get up early and do another run as preparation for the 10 km city run in Munich.

I will try to run 7 km without a break.

The picture above shows the first bud of the nasturtium flower!

Einige Kilometer Walking sind für mich Entspannung pur. Das Radfahren vermisse ich, aber ich konnte es zeitlich heute nicht einplanen.

Morgen werde ich früh aufstehen und einen weiteren Lauf als Vorbereitung für den 10 km Stadtlauf in München machen.

Ich werde versuchen ohne Pause um die 7 km zu laufen.

Das Bild oben zeigt die erste Knospe der Kapuzinerkresse-Blüte!
