My Actifit Blog: 24 July 2019 No Running, No Cycling, just a very slow Walk to recover!

Activity Report #358


Most of the day I was in rest mode and didn't move much. My abrasions from my fall yesterday while running may heal quickly, but the contusion of my two big toes is still painful while walking. Climbing stairs is also very difficult.

Nevertheless, after dinner I still took a leisurely, very slow walk in the surrounding area.

Now I will take a warm footbath and then I am ready for a cap full of sleep.


Fast den ganzen Tag war ich heute im Ruhe Modus und bewegte mich sehr wenig. Meine Abschürfungen von meinem Sturz gestern beim Laufen heilen zwar schnell, aber die Prellung meiner beiden großen Zehen ist beim Gehen noch schmerzhaft. Das Treppensteigen ist auch sehr mühevoll.

Dennoch machte ich nach dem Abendessen noch einen gemütlichen, sehr langsamen Spaziergang in der Umgebung.

Jetzt werde ich noch ein warmes Fußbad nehmen und ich bin dann bereit für eine Mütze voll Schlaf.


Maybe I should adapt a better running-style to avoid injuries and accidents! Look at those awkward runners! Hilarious!

Es geht mir schon viel besser. Die Wunden sind bereits verkrustet, in ein paar Tagen wird man nichts mehr davon sehen. Witzigerweise hab ich seit gestern einen starken Muskelkater in den Armen, vermutlich durch die große Anspannung beim Sturz. Die Prellungen sind auch schon fast weg. Also, alles bestens . . . mit dem Laufen werde ich allerdings erst wieder am kommenden Montag beginnen.👍🙂🙏
