Saturday ist Parkrun Day - Reaching my personal Besttime over 5K!

With +4 degrees Celsius and light rain I drove today around 8.00 am in the morning to the nearby Parkrun. Today 39 runners have gathered and waited for the start signal of the Parkrun manager.

Yes, there are more and more Parkrun crazy people and I am very happy to be part of it.

I even reached my best time of 31:52 minutes for 5 km, which I was especially happy about.

Soon I will crack the 30 minutes for 5 km . . .

The fastest runner crossed the finish line in 20:16 minutes. I don't think I'll reach this speed so quickly.



Bei +4 Grad Celsius und leichtem Regen fuhr ich heute gegen 8.00 Uhr in der Früh zum nahe gelegenen Parkrun. Es haben sich heute 39 Läufer*innen versammelt und warteten auf das Startsignal des Parkrun Leiters.

Ja, es werden immer mehr Parkrun Verrückte und ich freue mich sehr, ein Teil davon zu sein.

Ich habe sogar meine Bestzeit von 31:52 Minuten für 5 km erreicht, was mich besonders freute.

Bald werde ich die 30 Minuten für 5 km knacken . . .

Der schnellste Läufer kam übrigens mit 20:16 Minuten ins Ziel. Dieses Tempo werde ich wohl nicht so schnell erreichen.
