3月頃に種蒔きをしてから半年経過。
バジルがまだまだ収穫出来てます。
若干、観葉植物になりつつある状態ですが、これくらい収穫出来ました。
調理しなくても、このまま摘むのも美味しいものです。
本当は自家製ジェノベーゼとか作ってみたいんですが、ちょっと夏バテ気味で休日になかなか手の込んだことが出来ずにいます。
そう言えば今年は「山形のだし」も作ってないですし、食生活がやや単調になってます。

あいさん、ジェノベーゼはブレンダーでブーンでdoneですよ。そんなに立派なバジルがあるのなら使わないのはもったいないです。最も簡単なのはいいモッツァレラとトマトを買ってカプレーゼかな :) 美しいバジルの葉っぱうらやましいです。うちもそろそろかき集めてジェノベーゼをしたいです。
