A gorgeous walk today, but it started like this. Huge amount of steps and in this pic you can’t see there was another pair of steps after this chunk. According to my Health app I ascended/descended 11 Floors today which is the hardest thing for my foot with busted bone. But I did it. Pain level about 7/8 right now depending on whether I sit or try to walk.
