Daily writing as a habit is very powerful. Both to improve your writing, but also to just get some thoughts down on paper and out there. Before you know it, your writing skills has significantly improved.

Yes, in most of the sites where "yoga is taught", they only teach the physical part... but the purpose of yoga is definitely transcendental!

I don't think it will be my last @actifit post... occasionally, I will publish it again.
