Today is Holiday. I spend my time to physical exercise. More walking and Daily activities held today. Today I go to lake park for walking & running. Two round complete today. One round walking & one round running. I fell refreshment after physical exercise. Everyday I try to increase my walking step. It helps to Reduce cholesterol & make a healthy life.
