My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2019

Hola Steemit,

I weighed myself this morning and I am pleased to report that I have lost 600g since cutting out sugar from my diet.

This is a good result for me as my weight has yo-yo'd quite a bit over the last few years. I am going to play it by ear and see how I go over the next few months but ultimately my target is somewhere around 70kg to 72kg.

It depends on my muscle mass and how thin I want to look in the face.

If I normalise my 600g lost per 10 days and I maintain this current trajectory then it should be about a 4 month journey to my goal weight.

Aside from a good weigh in my actifit effort was back to the rookie realm today. I need a fitbit to synchronize to the app as I rely on my phone and I often forget to carry my phone to record my daily activity.

I am still sugar free but after 10 days I am starting to miss the odd sweet snack, but I shall endeavour to persevere! Ultimately, one's health can only benefit from removing something as unhealthy as sugar and I feel good for kicking a bad habit as it gives me motivation to kick other bad habits in life that I have.
