My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2019

Hola Steemit,

Making an actifit comeback after a spell away from Steemit.

Smashed out a fairly above average level of activity today. I achieved this through cycling and going for a walk.

Dinner tonight was chicken with a side of broccoli and cauliflower, which is a pretty good meal for cutting weight and building muscle.

I have a busy night ahead watching the cricket and working on an assignment for some part time study I am currently undertaking.

I also need to monitor some positions expiring in the US markets tonight.
