After a long time i again had a long ride with my bicycle, i woke up early morning and went ground for playing cricket match and there we played 2 match unfortunately our team lost both the matches and after playing cricket i went home and there i found some works to be done and for that i choose my bicycle to complete the work.
In evening also i went ground for jogging as it has become an habbit and after that studied a bit and that's how the day passed. 
Nice work done to achieve count of 5704. Keep up the good with actifit and enjoy the fitness.
