Didn't have the best way to start a week but I know it can get better. I have a slight tilt in my schedule since the last few days and as a result can't spend a whole lot of time improving my fitness exercises.

      Its ok if sometimes score is less than 5k (minimum) as there is always a next day to do even better. Keep on actifitting.
