It follows your own phone's midnight, you just need to post by then :)
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
Submit
follows your phone clock
so the individual's timezone
So just make sure it gets through before midnight
And then later you want to clean up or add pictures or whatever la.... incase you are running out of time
Also you need to hit over 5k for them to upvote if I am not mistaken... that's what I read somewhere
Over 10k is the way to go though ;)
