Earthquakes, Fears, Happy Doggie And My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2019

These past hours have been nerve wrecking! Last night we got 2 tiny earthquakes and oh boy, my house shaked awfully! I felt like my heart froze in the 2nd quake cause it was right after the first one. Luckily both earthquakes were tiny and nothing bad happened. It made me realized I'm not fully prepared for an emergency like that. I know what I have to do but in the middle of it with the nerves and the scare you forget everything! 😅

That tiny scare made me sleep like a rock the entire night which is good cause I've been sleeping very badly lately! I didn't felt like doing a morning workout today and I'm glad I didn't do it cause my sister called me to tell me my dad was at the hospital... my heart froze again! My dad never goes to hospitals, never! Is very weird for him to get sick so you can imagine how nervous I was to know he was at the hospital and no one even told me anything!

His blood pressure got very low cause his doctor changed his medicines and he ended at the hospital... I was angry at the doctor but didn't scolded my dad for not calling me when he felt sick, I know he didn't wanted me to worry. All that made me realize I'm not ready to loose my dad either... I know no one lives forever but no one wants to loose the loved ones. I spent the entire day nervous, sad... realizing that I'm not prepared for anything even tho I am prepared for everything! It doesn't matter how many times you practice what to do for a natural disaster, it doesn't matter if you know people is not eternal... when the time comes you will forget everything, your heart will freeze, you will feel fear and sadness and will find yourself lost without knowing what to do and it's ok to feel that way, you're entitled to feel like that! Just don't let those feelings mess with your brain and try to snap from it.

My dad is already fine, he's at his house. Me? I'm already fine, I kicked those fears of loosing the loved ones and the nervousness of getting blank in the middle of an earthquake. Life happens, we can't control it. We have to go with the flow and try to react the best way we can. I played with my aunt's doggie Wison and made my actifit moves that way... That's his happy face!
