Walked most of the way back and forth from work today plus managed to make it in to the gym briefly. I've been short on time so I did a 5 round tabata workout. Each round is one exercise done repeatedly by alternating 20s of work and 10s of rest. You count and track your total for the whole way through. It really packs a punch!
This was my first time in awhile but I plan to keep it up for the near future...
