Pictured today are my dirty old reeboks that I use for working out... they are a great pair for a variety of types of training.
The workout today was the same as yesterday except I started with a mile run. Typically, when I'm get back into things, I like to hit legs everyday from a variety of bodyweight directions. Start with the run, shoot around while doing sets of lunges every few shots and then do sets of bodyweight squats between lifts.
