Hej Steemians and actifiters here is my third post; today i had a really good workout. Yesterday i skipped so today i worked on 2 musscle groups. First i worked on my vhest muscles and my biceps. Yeah it was one of those days ;) so i made progress compared to last time becuase last time i was just trying out the difficulty of each exercize and today i pushed it further 💪 keep working on yourself and you will get better, small steps each day
