Hej Steemians, today was a good leg day. Second one in the gym im going to, still calibrateing to the machines. Today i started with 6 mins of running on12 level speed, that some seated leg-press, afterwards i did some jump lundes; they were really difficult for my i was losing my balance all the time. Naxt were jumps with my knees to the chest, and i finished with squats woth some dumbells in my hand to make it more difficult.
