For a while now I have been hoping that this getting up at 4 in the morning and exercising would get easier.
Sadly, it is not. I really want it to become a habit, but that is hard when it is something that I dread each night when I go to bed.
That doesn't mean I will stop doing it and quite honestly once I am up and doing my workout I am fine.
The worst part is the copious amounts of sweat that I seem to lose while I am exercising. After my workout I only have about a half hour to cool down before I need to get ready for work. That means I pretty much the whole morning sweating even after my shower.
Work was relatively uneventful today, bit dinner was fantastic with chicken tacos that @mrsbozz meal prepped this weekend. It is nice being able to come home from work and warm something up as opposed to prepping a full meal each night.
