Activity count....excellent, activity type....good.
Weight.....good, body fat......exceptional.
Height, waist, thighs, and chest.....................CM must stand for "Certainly Manly " he said with a lisp!
Keep up the good work Brother.....walking beats sitting any day ( said as I sit here ).
