[EN/PL] Jogging (Actifit Report 2019#029)

[EN] Another change in the weather, after two rainy days the sun came out today, it was cold, but I did not mind spending a few hours outside. First I went to the forest in Havre, where I covered a distance of 4 km, then I went for a walk, and after two kilometres I covered another 2 km on my way home. I still lack the time for regular cross-country training, sometimes the weather was to blame and sometimes I had to do my homework.

Yesterday I also decided to almost double my delegation to @actifit because I believe in this project.

[PL] Kolejna zmiana pogody, po dwóch deszczowych dniach dziś wyszło słońce, było chłodno, ale nie przeszkadzało mi to, żeby spędzić parę godzin na zewnątrz. Najpierw poszedłem do lasu w Havre, gdzie przebiegłem 4 km, następnie przeszedłem do marszu, a po dwóch kilometrach przebiegłem jeszcze kolejne 2 km w drodze do domu. Wciąż jeszcze brakuje mi czasu na regularność w treningu biegowym, czasami winna była pogoda, a czasami obowiązki domowe.

Wczoraj zdecydowałem się również niemal podwoić swoją delegację do @actifit, gdyż wierzę w ten projekt.
