[EN] Yesterday was a good run at an increasing pace almost like in books, today I ran the same route. The plan for today was the same as yesterday's one, that means run five kilometres, and I didn't plan to improve my results. In fact, the first kilometre was faster than yesterday, then I did not control the time for the rest of the run, I simply ran freely, as my body and mood suggested to me.
Around the third kilometre I saw another runner in front of me, whom I tried to catch up with, but we kept rather the same distance between us. Probably this was the reason why I made good time today, more than 10 seconds better than yesterday. The plan for tomorrow is a bicycle, I hope the weather would be all good.
[PL] Wczoraj był dobry wręcz książkowy bieg w tempie narastającym, dziś pobiegłem tą samą trasą. Plan na dziś był tożsamy z wczorajszym, czyli przebiegnięcie pięciu kilometrów, nie było moim celem poprawianie żadnych czasów. Rozpocząłem spokojnie, bynajmniej takie było moje odczucie, a w rzeczywistości pierwszy kilometr był szybszy od wczorajszego, później już nie kontrolowałem czasu na kolejnych kilometrach, po prostu biegłem swobodnie, tak jak podpowiadało mi moje ciało i samopoczucie.
Około trzeciego kilometra zobaczyłem przed sobą innego biegacza, którego próbowałem dogonić, ale raczej utrzymywał się miedzy nami taki sam dystans. Pewnie to jest powodem dobrego czasu, który dziś uzyskałem, ponad 10 sekund lepszy niż wczoraj. Plan na jutro to rower, oby tylko pogoda dopisała.
