My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2019

Kind of a day off today too. When to the gym around 5:10 till 6:40 just hour and half did some rings dips and some yoga stretching worked on my split and lower back extensions. Those are taking really a lot of time so I’m trying to work on them at least 2-3 times a week.
