We have just been through this entire business of home hunting my friend and at the last minute we were blessed unexpectedly with a wonderful place.
I spoke by chance to a neighbor who is an estate agent and chatted about our dilemma in finding a decent place.
He told me that an old lady had died on the day that we chatted and that he will arrange for us to go and view this property.
The next day we viewed the property and took it immediately.

I hope and we will pray that something similar happens to you guys!
