Today I felt kinda out of it but did manage to run 2.1 miles on varied terrain. I ran on the road versus an actual running park as I would normally do and noticed a lot of drivers aren't very pedestrian friendly, though that has always been the case in this area. I think it slowed me down as I was stressed by the damn cars. Oh well, at least I got out there to blow off some steam. {Not steem} lol ;-)
