Today I did mutliple activities like morning jogging, market romming, evening walking at near to home. I strongly trust that little bit jogging, walking and some small excercises is very helpfull to us to keep our body and heath fit and strong and hleps in mentally and physically, so keep doing daily activities which us help us to keep our self fit and strong
