Today was an exceptional exercise day, as I reached over 10,000 activity count and our senior 🐕 doggie, Sir Patrick, walked nearly a mile on our early morning walk! Soon he will be walking the entire time. Came home and made my green smoothie containing lots of lettuce, a few pieces of broccoli 🥦, avocado, sugar-free yogurt, frozen wild blueberries, virgin olive oil, and organic almond milk...14oz for breakfast and 14oz for lunch..,uumm, good! Then the afternoon I went to the PF Gym for an hour and back home and jumped into the swimming pool! It was a great day!
