    You should start. The aim is to get over 10k steps during the day and post your verification to steemit before midnight. If you do this you will get an upvote. And as well as that you will get 100 actifit tokens which are future SMT'S. It's fun too. There is a sense of accomplishment when you make it to 10k steps and then the upvote helps too.
