Another rainy day here so I was forced to go to the YMCA that I pay 30 dollars a month for and never use. After a new personal high yesterday, I took it easy today with a nice long walk on the treadmill.

Another good effort, even if you did have to go the Y. Not as fun as walking outside, but it gets the job done. I'm glad we found @actifit to keep us motivated. And then the little challenges and contests by fellow actifitters really keep it interesting.
