お昼はラーメンとライスで炭水化物ラッシュだったので、夜は控えよう…
ついつい食べてしまうから運動した以上にカロリーが増える。

だけど、寒いからランニングするのもおっくうなるんだよなー(ってのが太る人の考えなんだよな。)
