I had a nice day getting back with my football team. Not perfectly fit yet but getting back feels better after break down. I walked for a while and had a jog time with the boys. It was fun as I had my Actifit app on and was tracking my exercises. Thanks to the team and I hope I get to do more tomorrow. Cheers!!
