Train #1 My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2019

Hey Freunde

Da ich gestern wirklich faul war hab ich mich heute überwinden können ein wenig zu trainieren. Eine Überwindung war es diesmal eigentlich nicht. Ich finde es aber dennoch immer wieder erstaunlich wie motiviert und stolz man nach einem Training ist! Gerade beim Gewichte heben spürt man „die Muskeln“ häufig noch Tage später. Für mich persönlich ein gutes Gefühl! Ich hoffe die Motivation hält bis zum Summer weiter an.

Hey friends

Since I was really lazy yesterday, I've overcome myself today to train a little. It was not really an overcoming this time. But I still find it amazing how motivated and proud you are after a workout! Especially when lifting weights, you often feel "the muscles" days later. For me personally a good feeling! I hope the motivation continues until the summer.
