My Actifit Report Card: September 27 2019

I am off from work this weekend so I am at my parents to get some quiet time, they are still renovating at my place and will be doing so for at least a month x)

I have just written down my morning routine otherwise I forget it tomorrow.

I also managed to go for a pretty long run, now its long for someone who haven't really run before and for someone who have been smokefree for 1 month, but I press myself into running longer and longer, focusing on my breath and such, its going good :D
