Starting the day out with doing a bunch of house chores first thing in the morning I went for a long walk with Jerry right after that. We were out for nearly 1 1/2 hours taking two loops around Langford lake.
I ended up doing setup at work most of the day but running a little slow with a lack of sleep my steps didn’t break 15k. Over all still bagged and coworkers letting me do what I can.
After work Jerry and I had a good walk this time only 2 loops of the neighbourhood. Still helped me break that daily 20k milestone.
I expect to be up first thing in the morning so I’m going to try get as much rest now as possible and shoot for starting day 2 with an #automaticwin 💪
