Another day on the office. Some good numbers. But still just me walking..

Nothing much up. Getting better. Woke up and did my liferay tests about heart variability. Numbers look good. Relaxed and low stress today.

Long weekend, so tomorrow is podcasts and coffee.

What you up to this weekend?

So then, this is the edit bloMo part..

Weight lifting? apparently I added that I did weight lifting today.. HA! I did a ton of ass-sitting, truth be told. But no weight lifting..

Clearly I am still sickly and delirious..

no sightings of the coyote, but there's a few skunks hanging out in the neighborhood
long weekend, so lots of time off to celebrate Easter
lottoMax is at $25M.. around the amount I start to think to buy a ticket
if you've been playing along at home, you realize I said I'm going to take that urge and move it into SP instead
my heart rate variability app (stress) isn't liferay, but welltory
