Overall good day. Good numbers. Lots of water (11 glasses) and did a few exercises.
Aerobics is not quite right. @actifit, you need to have stretching in there, and circuit training (although my workout was warmups and cool down and some easy workout... so it wasn't circuit training.. but most definitely NOT Aerobics)
