My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2018

운동이 쉽지 않다.
그동안 일하면서 걷는 걸음수가 많아 일이 힘들다고 생각했는데, 오늘은 주말이라 그냥 공원을 걸었다.
걷다가 조금씩 뛰어 보기도 했는데, 뛰니까 운동량이 훨씬 많게 느껴진다.
오전에 시장에도 다녀와서 오늘의 걸음수가 바쁘게 일한 날과 맞먹는다.
일이 아니고 이렇게 일부러 걸어도 꽤나 힘들다.
운동도 일이다.
