My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2019

It's Monday, that means I'm at Southdale! Lots of steps, and plenty of Pump!

Wait a minute, this doesn't look like Pump! That's because Gamerheadz has a DDR Extreme machine! I hadn't played R3 in ages, much less Standard mode. For a first time playing through on beat to shit pads, I'll gladly accept this one!

I used to play this on DDR Konamix back in the day. It was one of the first 6s I could clear. Wanting to add a challenge, I turned on "wave" mode, where the steps kind of lurch forward like the waves on the beach. Made it much more interesting, I tell you what! I'll count that as a winning score!

I've started trying doubles on Pump. I'm looking for something new, and this seemed like a good option. I love this song on singles, so doubles should be a perfect crossover. For just learning how to move myself around, I will gladly take this score!

The Pump machine had some issues. It crashed so hard, the whole cabinet had to restart! Got a couple free credits out of the ordeal, but it slowed down the night.

Today marks day 14 of this leg of the #seven77 challenge. Two weeks down! I'm making the same headway I was making in the first leg, slowly but surely. It's weird. I have a routine now, and it's part of what I do every day. Kind of odd when I think about it, but I'm not mad. It's actually a great thing! But I've been up for almost 18 hours, so I'm heading to bed. Good night!
