My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019

Today was a very productive day! I spent some time with Teddy this morning. He's growing at a raid rate! Look at this!

He's all of a month old! And he's lifting his head and looking around! What a guy!

I took the time to clean up the house a bit, as we were expecting a visitor this afternoon. Teddy slept in his crib (to no protestation from @itsapril and I) which let both of us accomplish quite a bit.

Had to walk down to the hardware store, so that really helped me get some more steps in!

And tonight was the national night out, so I showed of Teddy to the neighbors. It was a ton of fun! We chatted, my neighbor taught another neighbor how to kickbox, you know, normal stuff! XD

I didn't do it, but I probably should have. Oh well...

Oh, and I finished out the day with a round of pushups and sit-ups. Day 76 is done, tomorrow is the final day! Can you believe it? I'll have to start another set!
