Buona sera mondo di steem😊

Ecco il resoconto della giornata 💪🏼
finalmente ho finito definitivamente con gli sgarri 🎉
dico questo perché domenica mia sorella ha fatto la cresima e sono stata costretta a mangiare alimenti non molto sani.

Essendo abituata a mangiare "bene", ormai se faccio un normale pasto con cibi molto conditi, mi viene la nausea e anche un gran mal di stomaco, quindi sono felice di essere tornata alla normalità.

In questo periodo sto cercando di perfezionare sempre di più la mia organizzazione pasti portandomi avanti la sera prima, cosa che non avevo ancora mai fatto.

Gli allenamenti vanno abbastanza bene, e anzi ho raggiunto un peso mai avuto in massa ⬇️ il mio obiettivo sarebbe 60 kg 😆

Finally I finished with the cheat🎉
I say this because Sunday my sister did a church ceremony and I was "forced" to eat junk food.

I used to eat "good", infact if I eat a normal meal with very seasoned foods, I feel bad, so I'm happy be back to my nutrition Plan.

I'm trying to improve my meals prep, making them the evening before, I never do it.

Workouts sooo good, and I increased the weight my goal would be 60 kg 😆

Di nuovo a regime 😊 quest’anno sto pensando a un bel periodo di cut, lavoro permettendo.

È da un paio di anni che continuo con forza e massa, ottenendo un buon incremento, ora è tempo di tirare le somme 😁
