Some inspiration for all of us. Take a plastic bag to the beach and fill it with rubbish as you walk. MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
I went for my daily walk this morning but this time with a friend, her little boy and their dog Miles.
My friend's son showed me that it's not that hard to take a plastic bag with to fill up with rubbish as one walks along the beach. I'm proud of him. I won't say who ended up carrying the bag when it got too heavy but it was not his mom nor the dog. 😉

It's a beautiful day to be out and about and the walk did us all a world of good.
Got home and enjoyed a lovely healthy homemade fruit juice before we indulge in the normal rich Sunday fare.
One always procrastinate to go out there and get some exercise done but once you get going the going gets enjoyable. So get out there and just do it!
