Well today wasn't super productive. I did however finally finish getting around to doing my planking active fit challenge. I knocked out just under 4 minutes of planking. Hopefully that puts me in at least second or third place so I win something. I guess you don't register many movements when you are well, not moving. Hopefully you all enjoyed the video don't forget to vote and laugh at my failed attempt.
