My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2019

Hi my loving actifit steemians :

Here is my yesterday activity show for all of you. I started my that day at the morning with Fazar Namaz is first prayer of day. Then little jogging is my routine work. After taking bath took some time for making plan for entire day work. Then go out for office by walk from home to bust stand and at evening I back home same way.

Office movement is my regular habit now days after adopting the actifit. I love very much actifit because this great app inspired me for more & more walk. Now days in my office I never take help from my assistant any kind of transportation whether any file or any object. Every thing I did for only more movement. Never forget on the actifit app on my mobile. From two days my actifit app work very nice and smoothly because couple of days ago I cleaned up my mobile ROM. After that #actifit work very sharply. I didn't catch this silly matter. When my memory full signal me then I checked and lot of photo i transfer to my photos and delete from the ROM. Huwaei mobile why not cleaned up or upload to photos automatically I can't understand. At the evening my office movement increase rapidly because make sure all file and document are well signed or furnished.

During office movement one building to another building i try to few snap by my mobile as bellow:


Daily Activity :

Jogging, Walking, Office Movement, Shopping, House Movement.

Jogging + Walking + Actifit = Mind Fresh + Body Fresh + Earn Fresh

Advice :

Walking helps to improved your mood. So, If you walk regularly as 15/30/45 minutes in a discipline way definitely you will feel better and better. Always be active with actifit.
