Dyou go out with a running group? I want to do a few runs in Brecon but am terrified of the mist rolling in and getting lost on my own!

I belong to the Hay Hotfooters and we go out as a group on tuesday and thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. There's a few locals who know the hills very well and even in the dark I trust them to get me home! I could let you know next time we do a big one if you like?

Sounds good - yes do lemme know... better start building my mileage up although that's tough on the trails - the 10K I did yesterday was so muddy it felt like 15K!
