POEM - My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2019

Today we had snow flurries,
but, there was no hurries,

Pork belly, cooks low and slow,
over wood embers, red they glow.

Allowing the fat to render,
the meat was tasty and tender.

My steps from tending the fire,
Fitness today was taste-bud inspired!

an unfortunate mistake.

My son was annoyed with me because I don't measure ingredients when I mixed my rub. I change it a bit based on my mood and impression of the meat I'm putting it on. He is always happy with the results.
