Just to continue my blog of the work, yesterday began the installation of kitchen cabinets, think of despair, much wrong and needing adjustments, it gives even disgust, but I know that in the end will be good.

To achieve this, it's basically all my mornings. I wake up at 5:30 AM, and do a little walk of 1h10, and every 10 minutes walking, I do a 5 minute race, when I finish I'm already with almost 9k steps. To complete the 10k steps, the rest is basically walking in the company parking lot and going up stairs of the building where I work and the basic daily activity of going from place to place.
Yesterday was an exception, I was working from my house so I did 1h40 of activity, I did not have to make a car trip.
Still at the end of the day, I do approximately 1h of running to fill in the 25k steps (Being that during the day, I do about 4k steps of daily activity, go to and fro, supermarket, walk to the restaturant, pick up the child at school, etc.).
That's clear with a very good view. I live in Salvador / BA - Brasil, near the beach.

This is recent, it has been at least 1 month that I am in this daily activity, surely the app @Actifit and the next Steemit is encouraging me a lot. I'm still overweight, but effort is everything. The biggest problem is the change in eating habits, but I'll do it better. Maybe in the coming months I'll do a before and after with images to encourage people.
