This afternoon after work Deryck and I went for a quick trail. My Achilles was bugging me so I split from Deryck at about 2km and finished on my own.

@extremejogging how you can make 15000 steps in just 2 km travel you must be shaking your phone :D

Like I said, I split from Deryck at 2km and then did 2-3km more. I also played some table tennis, played with the kids and hiked. At least I don't make comments and only upvote myself and not the actual post. :D
