Una giornata alla scoperta del Grechetto, vitigno molto presente nella Tuscia e nei dintorni di Orvieto. Peccato che al rientro la Polizia mi abbia consegnato un bel verbale da 110 euro (se pago entro 5 giorni). Comunque gran bella giornata con vini spettacolari e anche piatti deliziosi al ristorante I Sette Consoli.
