Oggi sono tornato all'Università, ma dall'altra parte della cattedra. Non nella mia facoltà di Scienze della Comunicazione ma alla Laurea triennale di Scienze Enogastronomiche di Roma Tre. Una lezione interessante, sulla comunicazione nel vino, che apre il corso di Primo Livello Fisar che proseguirà nelle prossime settimane. Ora a casa, stanco ma soddisfatto...
