My Actifit Report Card: mars 13 2019 - 5km500 + foam roller

Just receive my foam roller I ordered online. I have great hope about this thing. I have some neck pain for years and not any doctor could have healed it.

Yesterday, I made a mistake and... well my post didn't upload. My counter was 9000 if I remember correctly.

I just ran 5km500 with the dog. I feel like it is easier every run. It motivates me even more, and I'm in a state where I can't wait for the next run.

Now it's time to eat some homemade fried chips :).
